The incident occurred on the 7300 block of Lincoln Court, where Arner is accused of luring a 9-year-old girl to his pick-up truck while she was walking a dog with three other children.

According to prosecutors, Arner approached the girl and asked her if she wanted to see his dog. When she approached the driver’s side door of his truck, Arner reportedly exposed himself to her.
Investigation and Arrest
Authorities launched a search for a suspect described as a white balding man driving a blue pick-up truck. Later, a vehicle matching this description was found in Arner’s driveway. A witness confirmed to police that Arner was indeed the driver of the pick-up truck involved in the incident.
Currently in custody in Schyulkill County for an unrelated incident, Arner now faces charges including luring a child to a motor vehicle, indecent exposure, and open lewdness.
