In a disturbing incident, Aisha Shani Primm Schwartz, 39, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence following an altercation at the City of Cleveland Public Works garage. The incident, which occurred early Thursday morning, left a Cleveland streets department supervisor seriously injured.

Schwartz allegedly followed the city employee to his workplace and entered his pickup truck, where she seized his loaded firearm from the center console.
