The allegations led to her booking on March 22 and subsequent release on a $7,500 bond, as reported by the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office.

A spokesperson from Rutherford County Schools confirmed to NEWS.ORG 17 News that Restrepo remains employed within the district. Chief Communications Officer James Evans stated, The employee notified us of the charges, which do not involve any allegations that are work related. We are monitoring the case as it progresses through the judicial process.
