The fire broke out around 12:10 p.m. at 539 Guilford Circle, situated in the Five Points area between Anderson Drive and East Whitaker Mill Road. Raleigh Fire Battalion Chief Robert Hodge reported that the blaze was still active but under control by 12:35 p.m. and completely extinguished by 1 p.m.
