Festive Sendoff at USS Midway Museum
On Saturday, the USS Midway Museum in downtown San Diego buzzed with energy as it hosted the Operation Thin Mint Sendoff and Family Festival. Over 1,500 Girl Scouts and their families gathered for a lively evening featuring music, interactive booths, and a patriotic pep rally.
The event served as a platform to honor the top 10 Operation Thin Mint Entrepreneurs, alongside 69 Elite Entrepreneurs who demonstrated exceptional marketing skills by selling 2,024 cookie packages or more during the 2024 cookie program.
Recognizing Outstanding Contributions
Among the highlights of the evening was a patriotic pep rally led by Carol Dedrich, the CEO of Girl Scouts San Diego, and Sky Williams, co-host of The Show on Rock 105.3.
