Coral Springs Police reported that the driver, identified as 26-year-old Chevron Graham, was attempting to flee from authorities when he collided with the Tran family’s vehicle, driven by Harlow’s great-grandmother. Tragically, Harlow was in her car seat when the impact caused the vehicle to split in half.
