Three individuals have been apprehended in relation to the shooting death of a man in Fair Oaks, Sacramento County.
Victim Found Fatally Shot in Driveway
Vitaliy Zaystev, 41, was discovered deceased with a gunshot wound to his head in his car parked at his residence on Hillridge Way in Fair Oaks, around 11 p.m. on May 3.

According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, detectives uncovered that Zaystev was inside his vehicle when the suspects arrived in a separate vehicle shortly after. One of the suspects exited their vehicle and fired three shots, fatally injuring Zaystev.
Arrests and Investigation
Sacramento County detectives, with the assistance of the Boise FBI and two other Idaho agencies, located and apprehended two suspects, Michael Espinosa and Migues Esquibel, in Idaho on May 6 for parole violations. They will be extradited to Sacramento County.
Third Suspect Arrested
Jeannette Nunes, believed to have been in a relationship with the victim, was identified as the third suspect. She was arrested in San Jose on Thursday and booked into the Sacramento County Jail for charges of murder and conspiracy, with no bail eligibility.

Nunes is scheduled to appear in court for the charges on Monday, according to the sheriff’s office.
