His confidence stemmed from his experience with Project Search, an organization operating out of Community Regional Medical Center Hospital, which mentors individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Drew’s employment at Pieology in Fig Garden Village, secured through Project Search, showcased his capabilities and boosted his confidence. He became one of the faces of Best Buddies International, sharing his success story to promote programs like Project Search.
