Kansas City, Missouri, and surrounding areas are under a Tornado Watch until 10 p.m. The watch extends to various counties on both the Kansas and Missouri sides, including Johnson, Wyandotte, Leavenworth, Franklin, Linn, and Miami counties in Kansas, and Jackson, Platte, Cass, Clay, Henry, Johnson, Clinton, Nodaway, Lafayette, Ray, Pettis, Caldwell, Dekalb, and Buchanan counties in Missouri.
