- The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. when a Nissan pickup truck, driven by 44-year-old Guadalupe Munoz from Woodland, Wash., was traveling north on I-5 near milepost 17.
- Earlier, approximately half an hour prior, another driver had crashed at the same location and was receiving assistance from emergency crews, including the Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue.
Collision and Consequences
- As emergency crews were in the process of wrapping up the response to the initial accident, the Nissan pickup collided with a firetruck at the scene before veering into the area of the original crash.
