Virginia Beach, VA – Kenneth Pride Jr., 56, has been arrested by the Virginia Beach Police Department (VBPD) in connection with a series of burglaries across the city. The arrest, which occurred on June 7, 2024, follows investigations into several reported incidents involving theft and property damage.
Charges and Alleged Incidents
Pride faces a total of 14 felony charges for entering buildings at night with intent to commit larceny, along with three felony charges for possession of burglarious tools. Additionally, he is charged with one felony count of credit card larceny and one felony count of monument damage exceeding $1,000. The suspect also faces three misdemeanor charges for petit larceny.
VBPD has linked Pride to specific incidents occurring on:
- May 29, 2024, in the 100 block of South Lynnhaven Road
- May 6, 2024, in the 700 block of Independence Circle
- March 15, 2024, in the 400 block of Viking Drive
