Marana, Ariz. – The clatter of pots and pans, the aroma of pan-fried dumplings, and the soft melodies filling the air signal that it’s a busy day in the kitchen of Newton Pho in Marana. For owner Kenny Minh Pham, this bustling atmosphere is not just about preparing for the lunch rush; it’s about sharing his passion for his business and his culture with the community. This Sunday, Feb. 18, Newton Pho and its team are gearing up for a special celebration as they continue to embrace the spirit of Lunar New Year.
Embracing Tradition and Community
Newton Pho, located at 5730 W. Cortaro Farms Road, is more than just a restaurant; it’s a hub for cultural exchange and celebration. With the Lunar New Year, also known as Tet in Vietnamese culture, in full swing, Pham and his team are pulling out all the stops to ensure a memorable experience for their customers. The festivities include firecrackers, a mesmerizing dragon dance, and of course, an array of delicious food.
