Magnolia, Texas – Magnolia police have reported the arrest of two individuals on Friday night in connection with the theft from a cell tower near SH 249 and FM 1486. A concerned citizen notified authorities, indicating that two males, accompanied by a U-Haul, were involved in the theft of copper.
