According to reports from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, the individual in question, Houston Pons, aged 43, boasted a 16-year tenure with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and was stationed in the Law Enforcement Bureau for West Patrol.

Pons was apprehended around 2 a.m. on the Northwest Loop 410 access road near the Loop 410/Interstate 10 interchange on the Northwest Side of San Antonio.
