Dallas, Texas – The Dallas Police Department made a grim discovery when they found the body of 27-year-old Corinna Johnson wrapped in bed sheets inside a closet in a Dallas apartment. Omar Lucio, a 34-year-old resident of the apartment, has been charged with her murder, as reported by NEWS.ORG 4.

Garland Police alerted the Dallas Police Department after receiving a 911 call reporting a woman beaten to death inside an apartment on W. Wheatland Road. Upon arrival, officers found Lucio in the apartment, initially refusing to come outside. Following his arrest, investigators traced a trail of blood from the front door to the bedroom closet where Johnson’s body was found wrapped in bedding.
Lucio’s car, parked nearby, contained bloody clothing, further incriminating evidence against him.

According to court documents, Lucio confessed to assaulting Johnson after a night of drinking at a bar, claiming she became unresponsive after he knocked some sense into her. Despite his admission, Lucio provided no explanation for why Johnson’s body was hidden in the closet.
