Portland, Ore. – Portland Police Bureau is actively investigating a fatal shooting that occurred late Thursday night in the Mt. Scott-Arleta neighborhood. At approximately 11:44 p.m., officers responded to reports of a disturbance in the 5900 block of Southeast 82nd Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man who had been shot.
