On Wednesday afternoon, tragedy struck on Highway 29 in Napa County as a dump truck overturned, resulting in the driver’s death.

In Rutherford, California, a 23-year-old man from Santa Rosa was behind the wheel of the dump truck, traveling northbound on state Highway 29. Near Manley Lane, he attempted a rightward turn onto the shoulder, leading to dire consequences.
