The incident was reported to APD around 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, prompting a response to the 2200 block of Wickersham Lane at The Patten West apartment complex.

Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered a man with a gunshot wound, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
