Karen Smith and Pholisith Bouphapraseuth, both customers who purchased vehicles from a Findlay dealership, have initiated a class action lawsuit in Clark County District Court. This legal action comes in response to Findlay’s acknowledgment on Wednesday of a cybersecurity incident affecting its operations across multiple locations in the valley.
