According to Captain M. Holder of the GCSO Major Crimes Investigative Unit, deputies responded to a 911 call placed by Andrew Ryan Caetto, 54, of Oak Ridge, around 1:23 a.m. on Monday. Caetto had reportedly made several recent calls to law enforcement regarding neighborhood disturbances involving recreational vehicles.

Prior Incidents and Response

Holder revealed that law enforcement had previously visited Caetto’s residence multiple times in the past month due to complaints about off-road vehicles in the neighborhood. On this occasion, Caetto did not provide specific details when he called 911 but implied that the reason would become apparent upon their arrival.

Upon arrival, deputies encountered Caetto in the driveway of his residence.
