Authorities in Houston are seeking assistance from the public to identify a man accused of intentionally setting fire to a business in Pasadena four years ago. The suspect, described as a white or Hispanic male with an average build, is believed to be in his mid to late 20s. Despite efforts to identify him, the suspect remains at large.
