Houston, Harris County – Jared Donte Jones, 23, is facing murder charges after allegedly shooting and killing his girlfriend, Kaneisha White, 20, in Harris County.

The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office responded to a shooting incident at the 13000 block of Windfern Road around 4 p.m.

Authorities discovered White with gunshot wounds and immediately transported her to the hospital via Life Flight.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez confirmed Jones’s arrest in connection with White’s death. He was booked into the Harris County Jail on a murder charge following the incident.
