DENVER — Authorities have apprehended Jay Dee Grow, a 45-year-old resident of Aurora, in connection with the theft of construction supplies and equipment valued at $150,000 from a site in Superior. The burglary took place at 2250 Main St. over the weekend of April 13, according to the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office.
Arrest and Charges
Following an extensive investigation spanning several months, Grow was arrested in Aurora on Wednesday. He was subsequently booked into the Boulder County Jail the following day. The charges against Grow include theft, burglary, criminal mischief (a misdemeanor), and criminal trespass (a petty offense).

Apart from the stolen supplies, authorities allege that Grow caused approximately $1,000 in criminal mischief, although specific details regarding this charge have not been disclosed by the sheriff’s office.
