Senator Breaux’s lying-in-state will be held at the rotunda of the Indiana Statehouse on April 5, allowing the public to pay their respects from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with an official program commencing at 5 p.m.

A celebration of life will follow at Mount Carmel Baptist Church on April 6, featuring a viewing from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and an official service starting at 11 a.m.
