Investigation Unveils Grim Scene
The investigation began when Inkster police responded to two separate 911 calls on Friday, prompting welfare checks at a residence located off Standford Street, near Beech Daly and Annapolis. Despite initial visits yielding no results, a third call to the same residence uncovered a disturbing scene: the homeowner, a 45-year-old male, was found dead inside with an apparent gunshot wound.

The friend, whose identity was not disclosed, was the sole individual present at the time of the discovery, aside from the victim’s dog, which was subsequently taken away by animal control.
