Support from Local Redevelopment Agency
The relocation of Miss Saigon to the TEP Building has received substantial financial backing from Rio Nuevo, the local redevelopment agency. Investing over $350,000 in remodeling the space, Rio Nuevo acknowledges the cultural significance of Miss Saigon. Bao Ma remarked, Our history and our background really resonated with Rio Nuevo and TEP, highlighting the mutual understanding that led to this collaboration.
A Symbol of Growth and Renewal
The unveiling of the new downtown location signifies a fresh chapter for Miss Saigon. Steven Ma, Bao’s brother and co-owner, emphasized their dedication to excellence in every aspect of the establishment. From the staffing, the menu, to the decor… Everything is a little up level from what we’ve done before, Steven affirmed. This move symbolizes not just growth but a commitment to providing an unparalleled dining experience.
Cherry Trees and Distinctive Atmosphere

We thought it would be a great idea to put a big cherry tree in the center of the dining space, Bao Ma explained, highlighting their innovative approach to creating a memorable atmosphere.
Looking Ahead
As Miss Saigon prepares to open its doors to the public on Monday, April 8, the Ma family is eager to welcome guests to their new establishment.
