An ongoing murder investigation is unfolding in Middle Tennessee following a fatal shooting incident on Monday. Authorities from the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call reporting a shooting on Winding Way in Sumner County.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered the body of the victim, Patrick Joseph Fullerton, inside a residence. Alongside the victim, law enforcement found a .22 caliber revolver and clothing stained with blood. Further examination of the premises yielded additional evidence crucial to the investigation.
