NAPA, Calif. – The Napa Police Department has provided an update on the recent theft incident at the lululemon store located on 1st Street in Napa. Initially reported by KTVU, the authorities now reveal that the stolen merchandise’s value far surpasses the initial estimate.

Upon thorough investigation, officials discovered that the stolen goods amounted to over $23,000, significantly more than the previously reported $2,500. The police department shared a photo showcasing approximately 200 items, predominantly leggings, which contributed to the escalated value of the stolen merchandise.

Police Pursuit and Arrests

In response to the theft, law enforcement engaged in a pursuit after the suspects fled from an attempted stop. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) deployed an aircraft to aid in tracking the suspects as they evaded authorities. The pursuit involved collaboration between the Napa Police Department, the American Canyon Police Department, and the CHP.

The pursuit spanned from Napa to Oakland, where it culminated in a crash at Lakeshore Avenue and Beacon Street. All four suspects involved in the theft were apprehended with the assistance of the Oakland Police Department.
