Situated in the Summerlin Walk Community near Armstrong and Clinton Avenues, Fresno, the St. Jude Dream Home is a creation of De Young Properties. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home is a Smart Home Residence 220, boasting two stories and around 2,600 square feet of living space.

Value and Tickets

Valued at approximately $575,000, tickets for the Dream Home Giveaway are priced at just $100 each. Early ticket reservations offer participants the chance to win additional prizes and qualify for the Last Chance Prize, which includes American Airlines miles valued at $5,000.
