Chicago – A pedestrian fell victim to a stabbing and robbery on Wednesday morning in the Albany Park neighborhood on Chicago’s northwest Side. The incident occurred around 6:15 a.m. in the 3500 block of West Ainslie Street.
Details of the Incident
According to the police, a 32-year-old man was walking when a gray sedan approached him. Three males exited the vehicle, brandishing sharp objects, and proceeded to stab the victim while forcibly taking his belongings.
The victim sustained cuts on his right side and face during the altercation. He was promptly transported to St. Francis Hospital and is currently reported to be in serious but stable condition, as confirmed by the authorities.

The suspects swiftly fled the scene, re-entering the sedan and driving away in an eastbound direction. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is being diligently pursued by Area Five detectives.
