A Philadelphia man, Lamarr Miller, faces charges for allegedly using a tow truck to steal at least seven cars across the city, according to authorities.

Lamarr Miller, 44, turned himself in earlier this month on charges including auto theft and receiving stolen property.

Captain Jason Smith revealed that Miller had used the same tow truck for a car theft in Chester City in Jan. 2022, indicating a pattern of criminal activity.

Miller allegedly sold the stolen vehicles for $300-$600 each at a North Philadelphia scrapyard, Titan Auto Recycling.
