The Harris County Sheriff’s Homicide Division, in collaboration with Crime Stoppers, has announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and/or charging of those responsible for the murder of 18-year-old Jarvon C. Coles, a North Shore High School football captain. Coles was tragically shot and killed outside a house party in Humble on March 9.
Incident Details
The shooting took place at a party in the 4900 block of Fieldwick Lane around 11:00 p.m. Deputies responding to reports of a large gathering found Coles suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to a local hospital, Coles succumbed to his injuries. Initial investigations indicate that one or two shooters fired from approximately a block away before fleeing the scene in an unknown vehicle.

Jarvon Coles, a senior at North Shore High School, was widely admired both for his athletic prowess and his leadership on the football field. His death has left the community in deep mourning.
