Responding to reports of gunfire, officers arrived at the 3100 block of L Street at approximately 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a 34-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his right lower leg. Shortly thereafter, a 35-year-old woman, who had sustained a gunshot wound to her abdomen, was located in the vicinity.
