A verbal altercation at a bar on the Northwest Side of San Antonio escalated into a shooting, leaving a 37-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.

The shooting occurred near the 5800 block of Northwest Loop 410 at approximately 5 p.m. on June 10.
Victim’s Condition
Upon police arrival, the victim was found with gunshot wounds to the chest and right leg. Despite sustaining life-threatening injuries, he was transported to University Hospital and is currently in stable condition.
Suspect at Large
The suspect fled the scene before authorities arrived. Detectives determined that the altercation turned physical, prompting the suspect to draw a firearm and open fire on the victim.
