The Incident
According to court filings, the tragic event unfolded on May 18 when the 13-year-old and another 15-year-old went to spend the night at a 16-year-old’s home. Allegedly, the 15-year-old revealed a stolen gun, expressing his intent to rob someone. The plan was to buy marijuana from 15-year-olds Alejandro Sanchez and Monroe Weso and then rob them.
