Baltimore, Maryland – Law enforcement officers arrested a 15-year-old boy on Friday afternoon after discovering a handgun in his possession. The incident took place on June 7 at approximately 3:04 p.m. in the 200 block of North Payson Street, according to police reports.
Police Intervention
Detectives, engaged in active enforcement activities, noticed an individual exhibiting behaviors suggestive of being armed. Subsequently, they intervened, stopping and apprehending the 15-year-old male suspect.
Recovery of Handgun
During the arrest, officers recovered a Blue SECY CPX-3 .380 caliber handgun from the juvenile. The handgun was seized as evidence, and the teenager was taken into custody.
Legal Process
Following the arrest, the suspect was transported to Juvenile Bookings for processing, where further legal proceedings are expected to take place.
