The project, part of a $.9 million improvement initiative that began in March, will result in lane reductions and temporary signal outages at two key intersections.

Starting at 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, travelers should anticipate:

• Signal Outages: Traffic signals will be temporarily offline during the upgrades.
