Las Vegas, Nevada – In an effort to enhance safety and traffic flow, the Clark County Public Works Department has announced upcoming traffic signal upgrades in east Las Vegas.
Lane Reductions and Signal Outages
The project, part of a $.9 million improvement initiative that began in March, will result in lane reductions and temporary signal outages at two key intersections.
Starting at 9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, travelers should anticipate:
- Lane Reductions: Lanes at the affected intersections will be reduced to one.
- Signal Outages: Traffic signals will be temporarily offline during the upgrades.

- Wednesday, June 12: Sahara Avenue and Sandhill Road
- Thursday, June 13: Vegas Valley Drive and Lamb Boulevard
