During their investigation, TPD revealed that a Buick, attempting to make a left turn, failed to yield to oncoming traffic, resulting in a collision with a Nissan. The Buick was being driven by a 32-year-old woman, whose name has not been disclosed.
The driver of the Nissan, identified as 82-year-old Larry Flaming, sustained life-threatening injuries in the crash. Both drivers were promptly transported to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation. While the woman driving the Buick was released after precautionary measures, Flaming’s condition remained critical.
