TULSA, Okla. — Two individuals sustained gunshot wounds during a large block party in downtown Tulsa on Saturday night, according to the Tulsa Police Department.

Officers responded to a shooting incident reported on North Greenwood Avenue at approximately 10:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a black vehicle with a bullet hole through the driver-side window, positioned in the middle of the street.
