In the early hours of Sunday morning, a disturbing incident unfolded at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, leaving three security guards injured and nurses assaulted.

At approximately 4 a.m., chaos erupted when a man, present at the hospital for evaluation, launched an attack on the security guards.
