Jorge Guillen, aged 43, and his wife, Lizette Zambrano, 35, were vacationing at a resort in Puerto Peñasco when the incident occurred. According to Mexican authorities, Guillen was electrocuted in a hot tub, while Zambrano also received a shock and remains in critical condition.
